The Claim Business Product Manager (CBPM) is the primary technology liaison between the Claims business and IT/Global Technology Operations (GTO). In a consultative manner, partners with the claims business units to strategize, identify, elicit, and document business needs to ensure support from Claims Technology Solutions (CTS). Responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of UAT to ensure that technology deliverables are received and accepted by the claims business organization. As product manager, responsible for production support management for incidents and bug fixes by working closely with Global Technology Organization (GTO) and the claims business to ensure that issues are identified, reported, managed, and communicated through to completion for all claims applications. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization.
