We are looking for a Senior Underwriting Assistant to join our Core Renewal Team! As a Senior Underwriting Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our brokers and agents. You will be responsible for starting the underwriting process for the MidAmerica region for existing business. This role will have exposure to all facets of underwriting such as monitoring underwriting tasks in our system, completing endorsements within assigned authority, assigning work out to appropriate contact in departments, and handling smaller renewals based on assigned letter of authority for multiple lines of business. We will provide you with the tools and resources to be successful as you’ll interact with various stakeholders, participate in professional development, and enjoy career growth in your role.
This position is a hybrid work schedule 3 days in office 2 days remote in our Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX office.
