AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., a fast-growing commercial insurance company, has an immediate need for an in-house Legal Assistant to work in our Irvine or Woodland Hills Litigation office.
Process all incoming email, including calendaring and saving documents to case management system, and route incoming mail to proper personnel for handling.
Experience with legal service platforms, including File&ServeXpress, CaseAnywhere, OneLegal, and document depositories is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
Provide backup support when needed:
The salary range for this role is $28hr-$33/hr. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics. This range may be modified in the future.
