The Client Experience Sr Business Analyst will support the Client Experience team to develop and deliver client facing metrics to provide a proactive consultative service. The analyst will work with the Client Experience Managers to support them in identifying trends, outliers, opportunities, and successes in a client’s claim data. The analyst will report to the Client Experience Strategic Initiatives Director to implement the client facing analytics program and continuously enhance the approach based on industry need and claim capabilities as well as CXM ability. The right candidate will bring a balance of analytical, data strategy, execution, and communication skills to the table. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust and Claims organization.
