The Managed Care Analyst is responsible for supporting the Claims Managed Care organization by providing and evaluating data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in our medical management programs. The right candidate will bring a balance of experience working with and manipulating large/complex datasets (medical billing and/or claims data expertise preferred), technical capabilities, creativity and execution to the table. The ability to identify/project significant shifts in key business metrics and communicate observations while working with business owners and technical partners, will be critical to success in this position.
This position will report to the Director of Claims Operational Analytics with a dotted line to the Managed Care Director of Clinical Optimization. Candidate will be expected to maintain a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values while upholding the standards of the AmTrust and Claims organization.
Operational Analytics – Modeling & Analytics
This team provides data, analytics and reporting to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the Claims organization, it is primarily a reporting modeling/analytics function that partners across the Claims and Actuarial organizations and produces/presents complex analyses to senior leadership.
