Director, International FP&A

This role will partner with executive leadership to assist in managing the international financials from the NY/NJ Corporate Headquarters. It will work with the financial business partners for the international operating entities and will perform analysis of historical results, project future financial expectations, help manage costs, and improve profitability. Explore opportunities to enhance meaningful business metrics and analysis to facilitate better business decision making.


  • Partner with the International team based in Europe as well as the Bermuda team with Corporate requests for information and clarity
  • Collaborate with the International (and Bermuda) team on Global project work including budget tool and expense initiatives 
  • Maintain reconciliation of management reporting to reported GAAP results and development of quarterly Operating Income
  • Oversee the International portion of Corporate Presentations



  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Finance, Economics or Risk Management
  • Understanding of GAAP and Statutory accounting
  • 10 years of experience in the Property Casualty Industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpretive skills.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Due to the nature of this role, modest travel, including overnight travel, is required.




  • Expense modelling experience in an International FP&A environment
  • Experience allocating expenses to product P&L’s
  • Former financial expense partnering
